I’ll be honest here- I think a health conscious, fit, happy woman is the EASIEST person to buy for. But alas, I have no doubt that come Christmas Eve, the shops will be FULL of men looking like a deer in the headlights, wondering how on earth they had 12 months to prepare and still don’t have a clue (or, have failed to pick up on the not so subtle hints). Stereotyping? Maybe. But hey, everyone loves a good shopping tip either way! So, whether she’s a health fanatic or a fitness dabbler, one or all of the below is bound to please her:

I Quit Sugar Christmas Cookbook
I’ve posted about this lady before, but I just can’t get enough! Miss Sarah Wilson is a fellow graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and as a wellness coach, social commentator, TV presenter, blogger etc, it’s clear she excels in everything she puts her mind to; this cookbook being no exception. With over 65 recipes, and meal plans for every Christmas occasion (think lunchy/brunchy/ BBQ versus a dinner feast) it’s a no brainer really (just one suggestion…perhaps offer to help your girl make some dishes before bookmarking the recipes you want!)

Lush kind of makes it sound girly- guys trust me when I say this…you will fall in LOVE with their products too! With everything from bath bombs, shower jellies, & body scrubs to gorilla perfumes & dirty hair styling cream, Lush is an Australian cosmetic company with a difference. With a focus on living a greener life, their products use only ethically sourced ingredients, are handmade (fresh & local), have vegan options and do not support animal testing. And to top it all off, they had nearly edible products with fancy, yummy sounding names such as “Butterball Bath”, “Mmm Melting Marshmallow Moments” & “Sweetie Pie Jelly”. If anything, maybe it’s a good excuse to get her in a nice warm bath with you after a day of Christmas cricket…just saying!

No-one likes holding hands with a calloused woman, and G-Love workout gloves are the perfect remedy if her ‘not so soft’ hands have suffered from one too many dumbbell grasps.
